The tilting action is both power up and power down. This Hydraulic Tilt Car Trailer is built in a 7,000lb gvwr with 18 ft. of length and a 10,000lb gvwr in 20 ft. length with all of the upgraded features that you could want on your trailer. We are using an American made Monarch hydraulic pump. The frame and tongue are rectangular tubing for a durable lifetime of use. It also has a U.S. made Sealco wiring harness and lifetime LED lights.
